What we collect

If you are a candidate, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, postcode area, the role you're interested in, your work history and anything else you tell us or include in a CV.

If you are an employer, we collect: your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry.

We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) through our website and advertising tools.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

To match you to roles and contact you about them — consent, which you give when you tick the box on our forms, and which you can withdraw at any time.
To share your details with a prospective employer — consent. We only ever do this once you have agreed to that specific role. We do not send your CV anywhere speculatively.
To provide our recruitment service to employers — legitimate interests, and performance of a contract where one is in place.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations — legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We share your data with prospective employers only with your agreement, and with the suppliers who run our systems (for example our CRM, email provider and website host). We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not pass it to third-party list brokers.

How long we keep it
